Branded as Blackmore Wagyu Beef, this premium product is being sold to high-end restaurants both domestically and internationally. Over 50% of carcasses produced by Blackmore Wagyu Beef are exported overseas.

David & Julie Blackmore is often told by experienced Japanese chefs that he is producing the only beef available outside of Japan that tastes like Japanese Wagyu. Blackmore Wagyu Beef produces only 100% Japanese fullblood cattle, which are not crossed or diluted with any other breed.
