We follow a traditional authentic Japanese feeding regime, which is sophisticated and scientific in its approach.

Calves are raised on their mother’s milk and pasture for the first 12 months, which is natural and healthy, keeping them free from respiratory problems and disease.

Our cattle are feed for 550-650 days on an adapted, secret Japanese style ration, which means our cattle gain weight naturally, in direct contrast to other beef produced in Australia which encourages accelerated weight gain.

This natural ration is free of genetically modified foods and allows cattle to be produced without the use of antibiotics and growth hormones.

The ration also allows the animals to have a natural weight gain.  Low grain content allows the cattle to digest the ration naturally, and eliminates the need for antibiotics, buffers (rumensins), or growth hormones to keep our animals healthy.
