Following on from the successful Producer’s lunch at Becasse,
Justin North with Richmond Hill Cafe & Larder are hosting a “Producer’s
Forum Dinner”, on Tuesday 24th August at Richmond Hill. This event
promises to “introduce passionate people behind some of Australia’s
finest ingredients”. David Blackmore and other producers will
be speaking about their produce which will be served as part of the
dining experience. The following evening, Wed 25th August,
Justin is holding a Master Class that includes three courses and a Q&A

Blackmore Wagyu Beef was invited to an advanced screening of Food
Inc. Hosted by Neil Perry at Village Crown Casino, it takes a look
at farming methods and food production practices in the United States.
Critically acclaimed and likened to "An Inconvenient Truth" for the
food industry, it makes you want to know where your food comes from
and who is producing it. Food Inc is in Australian cinemas 20 May,
2010.
